There are several ways to view and use the video and slide podcasts on iPsyc.com:

1) iTunes- you can click on the iTunes link which will open iTunes on your computer and connect you to the podcast and the free content (e.g. English only). You can get iTunes here: Get iTunes

2) MP4- a standard format for video. Most players will play this format on your computer (e.g. Quicktime, Windows Media Player, etc). There are many portable players (e.g. iPod, Sony, etc). Don't have a computer? Get One

3) Flash- this is an online only format, an easy way to take a peak at a video without downloading it, or to watch the entire video. You will need Flash software, you can get it here: Get Flash

4) Quicktime- an online version of this player is available, like Flash, it is a quick way to preview a video, or to watch the entire video. Get Quicktime
